Fees
Mediation fees and expenses are shared between the parties and are not dependent on the outcome of the mediation. Fees are usually calculated on an hourly or daily (if required) basis and may include time spent in preparing for the mediation (studying documents; research; communications; organising meetings). Other incidental costs may include hiring an appropriate venue if required and depending on the location, if necessary, accommodation and travel expenses.
