Business Overview
Vision
To provide a group of ethical, experienced, dedicated and competently trained practitioners who deliver consistently high standards and education in collaborative practices including alternative dispute management services to individuals, organisations, government and communities, offering cost effective solutions to conflict problems and advancing shared visions for mutual gain.
Mission Statement
To facilitate parties in achieving ongoing harmony in relationships and “win-win” outcomes through education and early intervention by utilising alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes and implementing collaborative solutions.
Our Philosophy
We strongly believe that the political, business and social model - one based on competitiveness and adversarialism for the last 150 years - is outdated and needs to be seriously challenged. This antiquated model has created inequities in wealth and social disequilibrium and has failed to maximise opportunities for mutual gain.
Collaborate Australia promotes a new model - one based on collaboration - where disparate parties are encouraged across all levels of societal structure to pool their expertise, resources and creativity for greater leverage and gain.
